A complete feeding system all from one source

In order to make things easy we have formed a partnership with Permbrand South Island in order to provide you with a comprehensive range of silos, mixers, roller mills and augers to complement your DeLaval feeding system.

DeLaval RF400

Suitable for rotary dairies the advanced design of this DeLaval feeding system allows you to feed controlled rations to your stock. For optimum results it can also be used in conjunction with the DeLaval ALPRO™ herd management system. This advanced software can work out the optimum feed levels for each individual cow meaning no more wastage or over feeding.

Features include:

  • Blend up to four separate feeds in one system.
  • Ability to detect cows going around twice and empty bails.
  • Compact vertical design means the system can fit within the width of a bail above the mangers.
  • Choice of three options for level of automation, and for auger sizes, to fit your feed requirements.

Molasses Feeding System

Increasingly farmers are utilising this highly nutritious supplement in their dairy farming operations. The cows love it and the results are the proof in the vat.

We supply heavy wall tanks, pumps and control valves for your molasses feeding system. Your system can be controlled by either the DeLaval RF400 or ALPRO™ herd management system.

DeLaval CF150 Automatic Calf Rearing System

Get calves into your paddocks around 10-14 days quicker with heavier weights

Superior calves grow into superior cows. An automatic calf rearing system is a smart investment allowing you to lower your costs and maximise your income by feeding your calves when they need it with small individually adapted portions for optimum nutrition.

DeLaval Mixer Wagons

Blend balanced rations of different types of feed quickly and easily. We supply a wide range of DeLaval horizontal and vertical mixer wagons to complete your feeding system.

Features include:
  • Three augers plus a specially constructed cutting device on the bottom auger allows for even mixing of even long straw and hay.
  • Can be used with Partly Mixed Ration (PMR) in combination with feeding stations and feed wagons.
  • Programmable electronic weighing system that can handle 50 recipes with 30 components.
  • Independent battery back-up.
  • Available in 8 m³, 12 m³ and 17 m³ capacities.
  • A silage cutter transfers feed to a belt conveyer, which unloads it.
  • Can also be equipped with mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic brakes.
