District Managers

Personal assistance to help grow your dairy farm business
You, your farm and your business are important to us. We do not want to be a large organisation that is difficult to relate to. That’s why we have organised our customers into districts with a dedicated District Manager for each one.

Our District Managers live in your local area and are available to assist you with any of your dairy farm needs. They are there to advise on how new technology can assist your milking and herd management systems, which improvements and upgrades will benefit you and your cows, and of course to work with you to specify and construct your next dairy shed and dairy farm equipment milking system.

Dairy Shopping Centre

Dairy farm supplies delivered right to your door
Managing your dairy farm supplies can be time consuming. Because we know the real business is done on the farm and that your time is important we come to you. Our mobile Dairy Shopping Centre (DSC) can visit your farm on a regular cycle as determined by you to deliver the dairy supplies you need.

You will be assigned your own dedicated DSC operator who will get to know you and your farm. Your DSC operator will work alongside you to help grow the potential of your farming business by identifying opportunities to gain better performance from your milking system. Our DSC operators are experts in milking machine hygiene and teat and udder care. They can recommend optimal rubber and liner changing intervals along with a range of other dairy supplies for the day to day operation of your milking shed.

Annual Supply Agreements

Dairy supplies delivered right when you need them
An annual supply agreement offers convenience and saves you time ordering your dairy supplies. Your Dairy Shopping Centre operator can arrange your annual supply agreement. This means the dairy supplies you need for your farm will be delivered when you need them so you will no longer run out of dairy supplies then have to call us in a panic. Your agreement is also flexible to adapt to the changing nature of your business and your dairy supplies can be adjusted at any time as required.

Milking equipment kept in top condition for optimum performance
It is important to keep your milking equipment in peak condition in order to gain the best performance and avoid break downs. Our dedicated DeLaval InService Team can visit your farm and conduct regular milking machine tests, cleaning system evaluations and milk delivery system evaluations on your equipment. We service pulsators, claws, milk pumps and ACR equipment. We can clean, reassemble and test these components and install service kits as required and agreed.

Proactive Service Agreements

No more unexpected milking equipment break downs
Milking equipment downtime costs money. In order to avoid costly milking equipment breakdown situations on your farm we offer DeLaval InService Agreements. This is where we come to your farm on an agreed schedule, and complete agreed maintenance checks on your milking machine systems to ensure everything is working as it should be. The InService Agreement will also specify how often you want service kits fitted in your milking machine system components. In other words, it is a completely flexible agreement where you call the shots about what we do and when we do it.
