Agrural Pontoon System

The AgRural Pontoon System is a multi-drum pontoon with walkway, pump and stirrer options to complement any dairy effluent system. It has a number of key benefits to make the job of managing effluent ponds run smoother.

---Safer Dairy Effluent Systems---
The AgRural pontoon system has been designed to give greater stability making the job of working on effluent ponds safer and easier. The AgRural pontoon system is anchored to the side of effluent ponds via the walkway. The AgRural pontoon can also be tethered to the shore/tank side for stirrers and pumps when it is not practical to install a walkway.

•Fully enclosed personal space with handrails and continuous tread to prevent slips so that farm workers can walk out onto the pontoon safely.

• Ability to access the pump grease points with the unique walk-through walkway without leaving the double hand railed walkway.

• Parallelogram handrail design ensures that the pontoon is always kept level to prevent pontoon rollover.

• Pinned pivot system allows the walkway to swing around from the effluent pond to the shore for safe removal of the pump.

• Quick release pump mounting pins mean that once the pontoon is secured to the shore the pump and discharge pipe can easily be removed as one unit.

---Adaptable Dairy Effluent Systems---
Extend the pontoon as your requirements change. The AgRural pontoon system is modular and available in four or six drum options with 6.5m and 14m walkways. Multiple walkways are possible with an intermediate pontoon. The system allows for additional pumps or stirrers to be added to effluent ponds as desired.

---Durable Dairy Effluent Systems---
Designed and made in New Zealand to last, the pontoon is fully galvanised and hinged. It is supplied complete with shore posts and able to work with any type of effluent pump or stirrer although we recommend the Doda and Hi-Tech brands.
